It feels weird agreeing with him , but he is right
Listening to guys clear 10 million a year ***** about this stuff strikes me as somewhat ridiculous.
He should be asked whether coaches should be required to sit out a year upon transferring, especially since they don't have limited career windows.
They don't like that their little worlds have been rocked, and they have to admit that they are operating professional businesses. If anything, it might lead to lower coaches' salaries, since they now have to share the benefits. He should be asked if he should just do that and give up 6 million and still clear 4 to coach 12 guys.
I think the transfer portal is ridiculous, but I get sick of listening to the big guys talk about it.

It is terrible. At least coaches have multi year contracts with penalties.
