My boss is the kind of guy that finds something that annoys you and just keeps doing it on purpose. He is a good humored guy and he thinks it is funny. I have been getting just completely annoyed by my new hire co-worker that is this straight out of college hipster using the word "literally" way too much. So he started using it every time he talks to me and today he has had all his other supervisor buddies start IM'ing me for stupid reasons and using the work "literally" multiple times. I can take a joke too, but I need to teach him that even though I am a subordinate there can be consequences if he goes too far. I need suggestions for a prank to do his office. Of course I want to keep my job and not destroy property. So let's hear your ideas.

cover the whole desk in saran wrap. Like 50 layers thick. Leave everything in place though.

Fill his entire office with packing peanuts.

Hide dog sh*t somewhere hard to find in or near his desk.

If you have a freind who is a police officer have him show up and arrest him for some wild charge.

At my old company we worked a lot of overtime leading up to Christmas so we got a lot of free snacks. I saw one of the IT guys who had pranked me a couple times and snapped a blurry picture of him stuffing his mouth and high tailing it out of the break room. I sent out an email to everyone I had ever met at the company and sent a criminal write up about stealing snacks and who to contact if he was seen. It's was pretty long and made fun of him on several points. Someone else then made actual wanted posters and taped them all around every department. He was borderline really mad but kept it mostly professional. I hee hawed pretty good about that one and he took a beating from all of the mouthy people for months.

Fill his entire office with solo cups 3/4 or to the brim full of water. I mean every inch, anywhere you can put a cup. It's a tedious clean up.

Did this. Make nearly double and jumped three promotions (now I'm a terrible boss) once they realized the mistake.
