I don't know about Cam anymore because his body seems to be breaking down on him but it gives the Patriots the best chance to win.
I don't think he has enough left in the tank, and that team also was built for the exact OPPOSITE style of QB.
But.. it's Bill B. And as someone who thinks Tom Brady is overrated.. it wouldn't shock me if Cam Newton Excels in Bill's system.

Tells me that they aren't very high on Stidham, which means they Patriot decline is about to occur. Love it.
Coincidentally, they just got fined 1.1 mil, lost their 3rd round draft pick for 2021, and can't tape games for this season.

Maybe but they have won 30% of all Super Bowls in the last 20 years so my sympathy is low.
Agreed. It's a low-risk move, but Cam's arm looked completely shot last year. I can't see him getting back anywhere close to the level he was at a few years ago because physically he's just not the same guy.
I hope you are right. However they had ten picks in the 2020 draft including 2 second rounders and 3 third rounders. They might be reloading.
They will probably continue to be a good team as long as Belicheat is there, but the days of us watching them in the Super Bowl all the time are over.
