gents, I'll be at the Elon game Monday, and while I've been to Cameron before, it's always been getting there right before tip and not staying long after. I'll have my 8 year old daughter with me and we arrive in Durham at 1pm that day. Any suggestions on places to check out on/off campus? I appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks, Merry Christmas!!

Duke Gardens. Duke is dreary in the winter, but maybe the weather will cooperate. Maybe the primate center is open? Walk through main west campus and go in the chapel.

3 good swings. Strikeout.
It's supposed to rain.
You have to have an appt at the lemur center.
The Chapel is closed for renovation until May.

9th St. Get your daughter some gelato at Francesca's, and make her stand around while you drink a pint and browse at Sam's Quick Shop.

The campus is much different without students too. Oh well, the buildings look nice.
