Can Ashley Judd just not be a UK fan anymore?

Tony Delk does NOT approve of this thread.

Alot of girls were hot......25 years ago. She sucks. She's used UK Basketball to get attention to herself for 2 decades.

Taken at face value, her comments aren't that outrageous.

She's noting that certain things in life are pre-set to "whiteness" and trying to imagine how her experience might be different if things were flipped around.

When I learned this concept in the second grade, it was introduced as walking a mile in someone else's moccasins.

I don't think her comments are particularly deep or insightful, but not anything to get in a twist about either.

The position you are taking on WP is how a fair minded individual looks at the situation. Of course, in life, minorities and especially black Americans have a higher chance at starting disadvantaged. That however is not the position of her ilk. And that's becoming less and less true every day. You're just making sense of it basically.

There's many benefits to being non white today as well. The pandering effect has caused many to lose sight of reality.

Ok, so what is behind the Ashley and Tony Delk stuff? I've seen it a few times, but not sure what that's all about.

Wow was a ****** thread. If this was drake no one would say a damn thing since he relates to the players we recruit, and let's be honest if she helped bring in recruits no one would say a damn thing. Next thing you know op will be calling to boycott all Adam Sandler movies since he's wearing a uk shirt in that awful movie unfunny people. point is, she's not speaking for the uk fan base in her political views, when she's at the games she there for the team not to push her political agenda. Let it go and grow up set. Don't nit pick everything as I'm sure there are current and former uk players that have beliefs you don't. Would you hate Anthony Davis if he came out and said I voted for Hillary? If you can't watch sports without bringing politics into it maybe you should get into something else like flying drones

This is the dumbest and most inaccurate post I have seen in awhile....she can have her own opinions...I am sure you have some "other" opinions that are stupid but does that not qualify you as a UK fan? No. We all are different...and being a black guy the emojis thing has crossed my mind as well...BUT at the end of the day is an emoji so who really cares. I can almost sense you think "white privilege" is made up smdh.
Explain to me what this "white privilege" is.

Nobody should live an apologetic life for what 6% of the population did but if that's what she wants to do then have at it . Having said that , seeing race in emoji is crackers .

Exactly. People can debate about this privilege or that privilege all day long, fine...but trying to contend that emojis are slanted towards white people because they're yellow is incredibly dumb/funny

She's bitching about yellow emojis being too close to white. She actually said yellow is just "code" for white- I **** you not.

How anyone can try and rationalize that as anything but a dumb, awful argument is actually hilarious

That's why the first thing you learn in American colleges today is "what's really normal?"

Gotta get people understanding their insane rhetoric isn't really as bad as it realistically is.

She still married to Matthew McConnaughy?

I'd be racist against those white crackers, too, if they tried to bomb my house like they did theirs.
