I'm sorry for giving up on Stoops, and this year's team. I will be the first to admit that after the SM game, I never thought we'd even make a bowl game, let alone beat UL. What a perfect ending to this rollercoaster season!!

Efff UL!!!!!!!!!!!

I've second guessed him. He is in the process of doing something I didn't think was possible. He's building a physical football team here that is is getting legit two deep.

I've been a huge critic. Can't lie. I'm thrilled to say it looks like I was wrong. Huge win and also really nice to take UL / Petrino down.

Here's the thing I liked. I saw a bunch of guys who knew exactly what they needed to do, and did their very best to do it. Sure they faltered at times, every player in every game makes mistakes, but they looked like a well coached team, and one capable of winning big games. Been a while since we've seen that from our Cats.

Proud that the staff and players kept their heads down and worked all season long. 7-5 is a really nice step forward and amazing considering how it started.

I absolutely eat my crow. Incredible win for this program. I've been very critical and admit I was wrong and am completely on board now. Great job by our staff and players today

Stoops has shown me something. He hired a great offensive coordinator and he took over the defense. His recruiting has always been there. Also game management improved. I dont mind saying i was wrong to give up so early

Actually in my prediction I said 8 wins. So i may be right. Dont act like everyone thought we would beat #11 UofL. I literally just gave Stoops props. He finally beat a P5 team with a winning record. Which is what I have been waiting for. Today Stoops proved me wrong. And 99% of people who thought UofL would likely win. He pulled off by far the biggest win of his era, it was an upset, not something I nor you saw coming.

Many of us have been conditioned to be eternal pessimists with UK football and rightfully so I think.

With that being said, Stoops did something today I never would've imagined he could pull off. Him, Gran, and the players deserve all the credit they're receiving and wow what a game by Johnson! As always, Go UK!

This is what good football teams do. They win a game or two they're not supposed to. The whole staff coached great and I think Stoops is starting to loosen up some and is starting to take chances and is letting the O do the same. He still plays a little more soft zone than I'd like but it got us a couple TOs today. I wish he'd stay with the D and coach them up when we're on O rather than stay in Grans hip pocket but it was a beautiful job today. Thet grew up today from top to bottoms. We can build on it through bowl season and into next year hopefully.

It was genius not to get too big of a lead today so that Petrno did not go to the backup QB. Stoops is learning!
