If so, how much does a monthly subscription cost? And will Flowrestling stream all the mats for all events? Or will the finals only be available on ESPN?

ESPN broadcasts the NCAAs.
Session 1 - ESPNU
Session 2 - ESPN2
Session 3 - ESPNU
Session 4 - ESPN
Session 5 - ESPN2
Session 6 - ESPN
If you have ESPN as part of your cable package, you should be able to access all of the mats on your computer using ESPN3.com.
If you don't have ESPN as part of your cable package, I'm sure there are options, but I've never looked into them.
I have ESPN on my cable package with Comcast. I have been able to bounce around from mat to mat on the app in the past. I just downloaded the updated app on my iPhone, searched for wrestling and it has the mats set up for the sessions. Will try it on the laptop and listen to Byers on the PSU app on my phone. Have done this before. It gets nuts when PSU has multiple guys going simultaneously and Jeff is doing play by play on both bouts.

I did this for Big Tens, and yes, it sure does get nuts!
