mmmmmm Lamar going to be nasty vs that UK defense. They are letting this Auburn qb run all over them.

Not in the second half- though I must say I am not so impressed with this supposed offensive genius Gus Malzhan. Most vanilla play calling I've seen in the second half.

What game are you watching.

Same one we have been watching for years, where Lucy holds the ball for Charlie uofkfans to kick and ends up
on his butt. Its a classic and Its a joy to see even when you know whats coming next.I missed the start of the game because someone told me that the uofk game was on Comedy Central.I guess he thought I was serious when I asked what channel the Charlie Brown special was on,anyway if the uofk fan who was at Jefferson Mall today wearing the uofk cap(backwards) with the 1980's style uofk basketball shorty shorts & Kenny Walker jersey & of course the 2015 NCAA Champs tattoo on his leg. I WAS KIDDING you one tooth tobacco chewing imbecile you caused me top miss the part where there was still hope!

Not really....I usually just watch the 4th quarter of uofk games because 1. That's about all I can take of the fans.
2. That's the best part.

If some of the other bbn fans think I was talking about them well sorry bout it.I did notice a few others on my way out that could be described the same way, they very well could have all been related, that could start a very long discussion so that's enough for now.

Just keep pulling the ball back Lucy we love it !

UK front 7 played pretty good in the 2nd half with their starting NT out.

They still gave up 30 pts on the night though.

Zone read gave them trouble against EKU, Auburn had some success with it also. Tenn may run it a few times w/ their QB.

It's hard to really get a handle on what Lamar will do in that game it's still so far away. Cards season could be in the toilet or on the upswing. Same goes for UK.

If a team runs a no huddle and doesn't allow UK to sub, they will get beat by everyone not named Charlotte left on their schedule. Matt Elam is HORRIBLE!!!

Elam played a good game, played the entire second half and basically shut down the inside run game. Forced the RB outside where LB's and DE's made plays.

What would you consider a good game? When They needed 3 or 4 yards, Barber would run right up the gut, and there was zero middle penetration up the middle on pass plays.

Well, I saw a different second half than you did I suppose. The one I saw Auburn had three 3 and outs, 2 drives that managed one first down, and a sustained drive that scored their lone points of the half.
Elam nor any lineman is going to stop every run play, and he does need to get more explosion off the snap. But for coming in for his first sustained meaningful plays, against a good O-line he did well I thought.

I think UK will stack the box and force LJ to throw just like they did to RB last year. It worked until KB came in. LJ still has size games before that to improve his passing.

Agree. UK's game plan last year was stack the box and attack the gaps and hold the receivers coming off the line to disrupt the timing of the pass game once we couldn't run.

That would have worked if the refs hadn't started watching our receivers getting tackled coming out of their breaks and calling defensive holding. sUcKs when you have to play by the rules.

It's hard to get explosion Bill when he can hardly get into a stance. Glad you won that recruiting battle. Another Uk legend in the making.
