Where you going Drew?

Where you headed?
Phoenix. Been wanting to go there since I left New Mexico in 2014. Covid screwed my plans up to leave in 2020 but I’m even more ready now. Tampa was my #2. Maybe I’ll stay in Phoenix a year then go to tampa

I’m not a long term commitment kinda guy lol.

I love Tampa and Clearwater Beach. Phoenix a little too hot for me. Good luck with your travels.

There’s stuff I wanna do out west. Lot of hiking, rafting, etc that I want to do before I come back east. Phoenix will be a hub for me for that. I could see myself staying realistically for 3-5 years out there then coming back and settling down in the Clearwater area. Sarasota would be even nicer and there’s a career opportunity there I’ve always wanted to do. But while I’m youngish (32), I need to get some physical goals done

We are the best of the best. I've been doing it 20 years. I love standing back and looking at what I have done. Puts a look on people's face that money can't buy. Sometimes you get paid in other ways, besides money.
Did the same thing after laying 2500 sq ft of laminate in my house. I was impressed with myself; especially considering i had never done anything like it, had to work around a 20x15 island, two hallways, four rooms interconnected, etc. **** man, I just wanted to look at it for days.

Phoenix and golf ⛳️ is where I'd luv to runaway to. Orlando and Tampa isn't a bad second pick.

Great time to do it. Last time we were in Phoenix we then went to Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon and then on to Vegas. Great trip. Phoenix will be perfect for visiting some very scenic areas.

I lived in Albuquerque for a bit. Best part of it was being able to visit Arizona and Colorado. Never been to alaska but have been to 37 states and those 2 are my favorites for beauty. Hoping to hike down and raft the Grand Canyon this time around. Have been to flagstaff, cool town. Missed my chance at Sedona last time, I’ll be all over it this time. Along with easy access To California and all it has to offer. Very excited.

bed time for me boys, goodnight

Yes there are many factors you have to consider in a layout. Wrapping islands, and making sure you hit all walls and doorways, fireplaces, staircases..... Math is important for sure. Good job on the 2500 Sq ft. That's a substantial amount.

Never watched a second of that show. Knew a guy that was on it as a detective but just not my kinda show. I lived in northeast ABQ. Academy and Eubank. Someone said One of the breaking bad houses was close to there but I have no idea if that’s true or not. There was also a hill with a bunch of square rocks that was on the show right down the road from me.

Come work for children’s services. Pays not good. If you enjoy saving abused and neglected children from drugs addicts, the mentally ill, and just parents that beat on their kids this career is for you. You’ll work with people that are crooks, and your clients will hate you. Your hard work will never be appreciated, and you’ll never be recognized or receive awards for your hard work.

Know what you’re talking about. I didn’t watch a second of that show until couple years ago. When I started, I quit in episode two. Decided to give it another shot and loved it after.

I've been doing my job 20 years but I've never worked a day....... plus the pay is really good. There is no cap on what you make. Sounds like you need a change. I do respect your profession. We need more people who care..

I’ve possibly liked Better Call Saul even more. Need to watch the final season before reaching a verdict.

Breaking Bad was one of those rare shows that actually got better the last couple seasons, imo.

20x15 island? In your kitchen? That's enormous. How damn big is your kitchen?

Overall that sounds like a lot of work, good job.

I do side jobs. Helps to not have debt or kids

be staining a back porch this weekend, going to paint some rooms in a home coming up, I buy/sell baseball cards, etc
Don’t wait too long before you decide you want to get married and have kids. It’s tough keeping up with little ones after 45. And you’ll likely get fat/go bald, so the quality you bring will likely diminish. Just some sage advice. Of course I’m kidding. Or am I?

I hate kids, never want them. Don’t associate much with my nieces/nephew either. Just not for me in any capacity

I’m 6’5, 213lbs lift and run daily and eat mostly meat. I keep in good shape and never plan to change that. And my family doesn’t have a history of male pattern baldness lol. Bring on them Latinas!

No 9-5 but man, I stay busy. Helping my mom/grandma deal with their yard work feels like a full time job sometimes. Heading to grandmas now to help her and then to take her to physical therapy. Full day ahead lol
