Thanks for posting. Coach Pike has so many motivational things going on (in this case "captain ") and he has the guys getting mentally right. I'll Take a team that is less talented but plays with motivation, team work and coach able, over a more talented team without those qualities. Can't wait for a full roster of "Pike Picks"
