CATA bus service on Gameday questions

In looking at CATA's website, am I correct that buses for the downtown loop (blue or white loop) can be picked up by the Jordan Center and go downtown near Schlow Library for $2.20 fare?

Thinking that may be a better option than walking all over in what might be an all-day rain tomorrow.

The Game Day Shuttles are different from the Blue Loop and the White Loop.

The Loops are free, paid for by subsidies from Penn State, but the Game Day Shuttles will get you closer to the stadium at the BJC on game days as the Loops will be on detour. The Loops will get you as close as the the Natatorium/Computer Building.
