Maybe not. Hard to imagine that she would transfer unless she thought she was going to lose playing time to newcomers. Hard to say at this point whether this is a bummer.
Only problem is that by waiting so long, the pool of portal replacements has shrunk.
You're right, but I really don't think this is a big deal. Besides, she has graduated and is from Arizona, so she's going home. More importantly, however, Sydney Wood is returning after sitting out last year and she will absorb virtually all of Lauryn's minutes in any event.
Really hard to say at this point. Sydney is a sure thing, and if Shaw is coming back, which I believe I heard, she'll start too. Brown, Dailey, and Walsh, will also be in the mix I'm sure. The wildcards are the first years, all of whom are, potentially going to be good. The point guard, in particular, whose name escapes me, might be Veronica's replacement at the point. Should be a very fun season!

I forgot her name, but if you want to have some fun, watch her game highlights on Max Preps Just Google her name and you'll get them. She is a virtual clone of Veronica - same size, great defender, and better shooter. If she has anything like VB's will to win, we've landed a real prize here!
Ive watched her plenty. Those playground highlights above are pretty fun as well.
