Kudos to Collins and staff. They have recaptured some serious recruiting momentum on the heels of back-to-back poor seasons, the losses of Lathon and Bamisile and the always present challenge of recruiting top players to a program not known on those circles as a trophy destination.

I like our chances with both these “ break through”guys. As crazy in historical context as that sounds. Hopkins was here not along ago with his Mom. Returning so soon with Christie is a good sign. And Christie has been on campus with the coaches and players enough to already feel like one of the guys.

I would imagine that it is at least to the point that they can take important teenage visitors through it, even if they would require a hard hat?

Just based on LouV’s stories, they’ve been leading hard hat tours for months now. At this point I’d guess it’s getting easier to point to stuff instead of saying “now imagine this whole space will be a weight room!”... but that’s my uneducated opinion.
