So, that was caught in a quote of the player. I don't think that is what he's hearing from the staff.

These young men are 18, 19 years old. Let's give them a teeny bit of latitude as we would our own 18 year olds.

Really. If they did as he said, then they communicated differently with him than any other recruit.

All the recruits are told they have to earn.

No recruit has a ceiling.

Once in a while, a recruit is told, "(first name), you trucking suck."
