Not only do we need at least 5 more wins to have a prayer at the big dance, the Cats need a signature win to wake up the committee. Iowa is sitting right there in front of us. Sorry fans, but a "nice effort" or OT loss, doesn't cut it anymore. CC and the boys need go into Carver-Hawkeye, put on their Big Boy pants, and get it done. JUST WIN !

I would give us maybe a 5 percent chance of getting to the NCAA. More pertinent issue is getting in the NIT

The only way this team is making the NCAAs is if they win the Big Ten Tournament or if they sweep the rest of the regular season.

Things are not looking great right now. But, Collins has had the boys go through losing streaks before, only to turn it around in the latter half of the season and win a bunch including some eyepopping upsets. If he holds to form (which I realize rests on sheer hope right now) then we still have a shot for the Dance. Especially since the committee will weigh heavily how you finish. If we reel off 8 in a row or so, we're in.
