Indeed. The floor bleachers aren't installed yet, so it looks to those who aren't paying close attention like there are only two levels.

There are only two levels since the seats on the floor rise to the level of the existing structure and then continue to go up. There is no divide. All you have to do is go to the 3D mock ups (which keep getting better). No matter, I think the place will be loud and awesome!
