I was just wondering when next season's non-conference tournament would be announced. Looking at this season's version, the field featured Stanford, Oklahoma, Butler, and Missouri. There were also campus rounds that included other schools. I assume we'll host two games as part of that "round."

Looking at the current KP ranking for the field:
NU:128
Cal: 172
TCU: 82
SC: 69

Not a high-profile field, but should be a good early-season test.

Each of the four main teams in the 2020 tourney had down years this year, but has had recent success. Not sure how each of these teams is looking for next year, but my guess is at least one or two others, if not all of them, are expected to be better next year than they were this year. Frank Martin and Jamie Dixon are both good coaches that I'm sure are targeting improvement going into the 2020-21 season.

TCU loses their best player, SC loses their best big man, and Cal loses a PG, but assuming no transfers each team should be better next year. Should be a pretty competitive tournament.
