First time seeing the winning shot by #00
Three wonderful elements to that moment
1) The win obviously & adding that to the previous victory vs OU + instant admission into SEC / UK lore
2) The two hapless defenders who OO BLEW BY -- our guy hit another GEAR & they weren't ready for it / couldn't recover
3) Cherry on top? The OU player who comes flying into view after the shot goes in -- guy landed on his back and just laid there in pain, shame & the embodiment of defeat
OO has some crazy circus shots that almost always have the right angles and touch - a LOT of other players in similar situations go airborne & end up with a wild & uncontrolled circus of fail
Yet another amazing acquisition by our Coach
Never thought I would embrace brand new players who have such a short shelf life like I have with ALL these guys CMP landed
That shot ALMOST equals the Kenny Walker game winning bucket over Charles Barckley in 1984 - getting the SEc title AND making Charles cry will probably always endure Skywalkers Moment as my #1 SECT memory though
PS - what's the process for evicting Oklahoma from the GD Conference? Was there a "DONT ACT LIKE DRUNKEN TRAILER TRASH CLAUSE" in there somewhere?
