My guess is it’s UCLA if true. I kinda wish we would just drop this event all together. But give me ST johns if true
Did you see the Tweet? I says Kentucky is still playing in it.I hope it's us.
It was always a weird event. OSU didn't belong, and to make it worse, we never beat them in the damn thing. lol

Wtf is st johns a champion of? Lmao.
Yeah that loss was a major head scratcher last yearI hope it's us.

This isn't the Champions Classic, it's the CBS Sports Classic, nothing about champions needed!
I would personally be happy to play UCONN in the event, but was looking forward to the UCLA matchup.
I would prefer for St. Johns to be a home & home, not adding them to a neutral site event.
But honestly, if they filled the slot with someone on the weaker side (like Baylor or Virginia or someone random like that) I would be fine with it.
Our schedule next year is LOADED and I am pretty sure Duke will be added to it soon with the SEC/ACC challenge.
Duke
Michigan State
Indiana
Gonzaga
Louisville
That is already a loaded non-conference. Then add onto it the UCLA game OR the UCONN/St. Johns option, it's insane.
Either way, bring it.
Don’t remind me.I hope it's us.

I know, I want them again because we should beat their ***. I can’t believe we lost that game so bad.I hope it's us.

I'd replace Michigan St with Michigan because I think Izzo is a garbage troll.Champions Classic should be Duke Kentucky Kansas and UCONN. CBS should be NorthCarolina Kentucky Michigan St Arizona
I wouldn't mind getting out of that Classic either in order for us to do something like play in the Maui Invitational or one of the other tournaments. We're already in the Champions Classic, Lets do something different. tired of playing the same teams in the non-conference year in and year out. Also, these Classics should be like a Four team tournament where you play two games. either a win and a Championship or a loss and a consolation game. This isn't the Champions Classic, it's the CBS Sports Classic, nothing about champions needed!

They won’t have Duke and UNC in the same Classic. They are in the same conference.Kentucky with 8 titles, UCLA with 11, UNC with 6, and Dook with 5 = 30 National Championships. That’s the only championships classic that’s you can have. Any other school makes no sense.
