Wtf is st johns a champion of? Lmao.

This isn't the Champions Classic, it's the CBS Sports Classic, nothing about champions needed!

I would personally be happy to play UCONN in the event, but was looking forward to the UCLA matchup.

I would prefer for St. Johns to be a home & home, not adding them to a neutral site event.

But honestly, if they filled the slot with someone on the weaker side (like Baylor or Virginia or someone random like that) I would be fine with it.

Our schedule next year is LOADED and I am pretty sure Duke will be added to it soon with the SEC/ACC challenge.

Duke
Michigan State
Indiana
Gonzaga
Louisville

That is already a loaded non-conference. Then add onto it the UCLA game OR the UCONN/St. Johns option, it's insane.

Either way, bring it.

Good catch. It's hard to keep all these tourneys all straight. All the teams n it have won national title/s though.

Uconn would be fun to beat up on.

Michigan St. in the Champions Classic is the one I question. Only two titles.

Replace them with UCLA in that event.

Then it’s really a Champions Classic.

I hope KY continues to play in this because I get to see them play in Vegas every few years

CBS Sports Classic could have a new team in the 2025 season, and the Kentucky Wildcats could have a new opponent.

I wouldn't mind getting out of that Classic either in order for us to do something like play in the Maui Invitational or one of the other tournaments. We're already in the Champions Classic, Lets do something different. tired of playing the same teams in the non-conference year in and year out. Also, these Classics should be like a Four team tournament where you play two games. either a win and a Championship or a loss and a consolation game.

Kentucky with 8 titles, UCLA with 11, UNC with 6, and Dook with 5 = 30 National Championships. That’s the only championships classic that’s you can have. Any other school makes no sense.

They won’t have Duke and UNC in the same Classic. They are in the same conference.

UCLA- 11
UK- 8
UNC- 6
UConn- 6

31 titles.

That’s the top four. That should be the Champions Classic.
