Now that UCLA and Ohio State are in the same conference, are they going to count that game as their conference game?

This happened in football this past season but I can’t remember what teams were involved. It did not count as a conference game.
Sports classic will have to change teams or just discontinue. Put UCONN where Oh St or UCLA is and keep the other. KENTUCKY, UCLA, UCONN and UNC now many ships is that?
I suspect there will be a new arrangement —the easiest would be that every third year when Ohio State and UCLA would play instead line up other opponents for each and make it a triple header with UCLA playing late for the west coast audience, and make the UK-UNC game the prime time game.
Or just kick out Ohio State and add a Big East team like UConn or Villanova.

I hope it does not discontinue- its 1 chance I get to see KY play in Vegas every few years
