Been like that since the game has been brought back.
A solid third. Behind the SEC and B1G

But in front of the ACC and PAC 12

Overall ratings are very similar.
With 10 teams this pretty much puts schools in the PAC and especially the ACC in a bad position.

NDs idea of creating a third monster conference with what the ACC/PAC and Big 12 have, to me, is the best idea.

Overall ratings were third.

Bring lean helps the Big 12. Multiple presidents of Big 12 schools have said this even Gordon Gee.
Having less schools but more viewers than the ACC and PAC 12 really helps.

Just need USC and Florida State to sign on.
With those two schools I believe the Big 12 can compete with anyone.

The football people at USC need to take control.
As of right now TCU brings in more football revenue than they do.

Glad you finally learned your place, which is a distant No. 3.

CCG was #2 and has beaten the acc and Pac every year, beat the Big Ten last year.

Good for you, Bucky, as you found one CG, in which Oklahoma and Texas, the two biggest brands in the Big 12 (by far), had better ratings than a game featuring tiny and heavy underdog Northwestern. Stick to polishing Holgorsen's skullet, your forte.

Good for you, the other OSUgrad, for finding a much hyped B10 game featuring Ohio State and Wisconsin in prime time that performed better ratings wise than a noon show with Baylor--OU.

Gimme an fing break. Put the BIG 12 on at night in prime time and promo it and the ratings are out the roof.

In the end it just means most tv sets in Ohio were tuned to see their flagship school.

Don't worry about the B1G. They are the Rust Belt Conference in Football.
A dying brand.

Even though their viewer numbers are the same as the SEC.
They are in two different leagues. SEC is in the most talented region of the country while the B1G is not.

B1G pretty much has to overwhelm the West Coast to survive

Morgantown is in the middle of the "rust belt," so WVU fans should rejoice when Ohio State wins National Championships.

Pittsburgh is the heart of the "rust belt," and the big city closest to Morgantown. Being "WVpride304" before you assumed your fake Texas fan persona you know this better than anybody.
