Chair Backs...Latest?

MB told my friend and I at fan day last year that they would be in place thru out the stadium by next season. Does anyone know if this project has been started or is still going to be done ?...Thanks...GOCATS!!!

Bleacher backs like the first several rows of the upper deck maybe, Chairbacks, I highly doubt. Putting chairbacks throughout would further reduce the stadiums capacity.

Sorry guys I meant bleacher backs...but does anybody know if the work has been started? Would be great to have them in my spring game and see all the blue in there.

I honestly hope we do not get these. I don't have them and have a ton more room then those who have them. During the Charlotte game went seat hopping to see if everyone didn't renew on where I would like to go. (I'm in row 11 of 203 now). But all the seats with the backed seemed really cramped on leg room. Didn't pay much attention to the seats a row in front of us. But the lower bowl was bad. (Except row one but couldn't see over the Charlotte bench). So kinda like my room, and hope we don't get them, esp with a donation upcharg.

Another tall guy here with seats in the lower bowl and the backs have made it pretty miserable for me. My knees are jammed into the back ahead of me and I had plenty of room before. Definitely an incentive for me to stand up a lot.

Yea, your knees were stopping the person in front of you from leaning back without getting speared.

Before last season, Mitch said they would fill the rest of the stadium with bench backs by next season. Whether they end up doing it is another thing.

I wish they would take them off the top row of seats in the bottom bowl. The back is up against the concrete wall...would rather have that 1.5 inches of space. I can lean against the wall.
