Charlotte Practice Yesterday

Saw a tweet that said UofL wouldn't let Charlotte use Papa John's Cardinal Stadium for their practice yesterday, so they had to practice at a local high school.

Is this true? Anyone know the circumstances behind this? Never heard an opposing team being denied opportunity to practice at game stadium.

Perhaps it's not a big deal. If there is "work" going on I'm sure UofL arranged for Charlotte to practice on one of several artificial surface fields in the area. Or maybe, since it was a Twitter, it is a rumor.

Go look it up yourself. You are obviously more advanced than the usual Cayut fan, having learned to read and all. However, there is much more than paint. It has to be maintained, groomed, etc. The sand and fill is such that it can even allow weeds to grow. This ain't AstroTurf.
