Obviously we are still in the hunt for this season, but I came across this video and wanted to share. At first I wasn't sold on Chase Jeter, but the more I watch him play, the more I buy-in. This kid has a ton of potential, and I bet he will have more impact next year than people expect. Duke will do a lot of damage with a rotating inside force of MP3, Jefferson, Obi, and Jeter. I bet Tyus stays next year and so this roster will be pretty darn strong:

T Jones
M Jones
Allen
Kennard
Jefferson
Obi
Jeter
Plumlee
Robinson

I'd love to see Duke land a true 3/4, but Kennard can probably play the wing effectively against bigger guys.....

Will Jeter and Kennard be the only 2 recruits for next year? What about Swanigan or Ingram? If Jones does leave early, does Duke get a PG to replace him? Maybe a graduate with 1 year eligibility left.

Thanks for the Video. Love his attitude and agree, think he will have an impact next year. Just as an extra note, he was named the Nevada "Player of the Year" this year, and his team won the State Championship.
Luke Kennard was also named the Gatorade "Ohio Player of the Year"!! His team is in the Regional Finals this week, I believe.
Go Duke!!

Ingram goes to UNC IMO, but I don't think he'll have an immediate impact regardless.

Swanigan goes elsewhere too IMO, but if Duke lands him they'll pound the opposition every game in the paint with 5 different guys.

Obi is a transfer and personally I consider this a 3-recruit class with him.

Agree,,Tyus will be the X factor. If he stays Duke will be really good,,but his stock has climbed. Dont know where they rate him as far as draft status goes, but the way he steps up when we need him has been and still is very impressive. I definately want to see him play and win at least 5 more games before he leaves.
