Checking in on South Florida Bulls and Coach Antigua

South Florida started 5-1 under 1st year Head Coach and former Cal assistant Orlando Antigua, but have since lost 12 of their last 14. Hopefully the folks in Tampa give him some time to turn it around.

He has little to work with. Sure he'll get 3 year's minimum. That said it ain't easy as a college HC.

I live in Tampa and he will have a few years to get it going. USF doesnt really have a demanding fan base. They have a relatively young football program and with the exception of Chucky Atkins, USF basketball has never been much to talk about.

It will be tough, but I hope he gets them going. I usually go to 2-3 USF games a year just for something to do.
