Bears success formula.

1. New GM and President of football operations.

2. Hire new head coach & staff. Pay up for a top tier OC.

3. Trade Eddie “no tackle” Jackson for draft capital and sign the top FA safety.

4. Add a proven corner via FA or trade, and a DB with size in the draft.

5. Resign Hicks if price is reasonable.

6. Try to move Eddie Goldman for a player or picks.

7. Explore moving Mack for a 1st rounder +.

8. Lock up Montgomery, Santos, Mooney, Quinn, and the speedy little return man (#17).

9. Get a starting LB to pair with Roquan, thru free agency, or the draft

10. Resign Robinson only if price is right.

11. Draft 2 or 3 offensive lineman and a DL.
