Anybody care to help me out with their experience with Cincy Bell Fioptics for internet? Spectrum just jacked me up $ 15 a month and is refusing to budge. I can get Cincy Bell for $30 a month cheaper. How does it perform compared to Spectrum? OK for speed and reliability and for streaming TV?

No, I work from home now and the net connection is critical; thankfully no problems staying connected. This was a real problem with Spectrum; its what caused me to start shopping around initially.
We have a family of 5, 2 boys gamIng ALL THE TIME, sucking up bandwidth lol, and still no problems. I think I've had to call their help line 2/3 times in 3 years.
IIRC my price differential was around $40 per month back then, so it was a fairly easy decision.
I'm in Alexandria in Campbell County if that matters.
Cincinnati Bell was acquired by Macquarie Infrastructure Partners V in September. I'm guessing whatever good will we've earned with them is about to change.
As far as the FiOptics and internet service, it's been good. ESPN+ via the Samsung app has a better picture than the ESPN channel.
