1975 won game 7 at Boston
1976 swept the Yankees
1990 swept the As

Thats a current 9 game World Series win streak.

Id be willing to bet its the longest active streak and maybe the longest in baseball history.

Winning 9 straight in the regular season is rare, now think about how hard it is to win 9 straight v great clubs in the World Series.

I’ll give you a hint how hard it is, its next to impossible.

Gotta hand it to ya...that's a great way of spinning no WS appearance in 30 years. [winking]

Optimistic side of me in this season with less of a Spring Training, the Reds additions to improve their roster with their promising young players that they could be one of the teams that adapt to a chaotic season whenever it is baseball is played again. They usually fall out of it by the 2nd half, give or take some weeks roughly half a season to be played, the Reds could hopefully get into the playoffs. With the Astros/Red Sox cheating scandal, prominent star player injuries in the game and now this season being delayed, no one can predict for certain how this season is going to shape up.

When was the REDS a relevant team? They suck. If they do get a good player they trade them.

The Yankees had three straight four game sweeps in 98-2000? That is unreal, and I did not know that.
