I specifically asked TC at the last Casino night about this. He told me that if Natty Duals turned out like they hoped it would that there would simply be no need to go to Vegas. The CKLV is pretty much starters only so IDK if we can even send a team of back ups.
Honestly, it was always heading in that direction. And will continue to do so. As fans, we want more competition dates, and the harder the better. That said, performance in March says to do the opposite. DT is slowly adopting the Cael scheduling philosophy. This is one area of the Cael era that I wish was different. PSU wrestling season is boring as hell. The only month that is exciting is March.

Yeah, generally the teams send most of their best, but I don't see why you couldn't send a team of your young guys if you wanted unless that's an unwritten rule for the CKLV folks to invite you. Could make scuffle better in January though. Maybe a lot of the Paycom teams enter there.
Just look for the best looking guy there-----and then ask him where the ugliest guy is.We hate newbies on this board young guy.

You can send anyone you want to CKLV that is not redshirting (or use a date for a true freshman).
It would be awesome for the backups to see that type of competition, especially with your roster. But doubt the coaching staff will want to travel for that.

If paycom teams all bail on CKLV, I see a different scheduling plan for CKLV in the future. Cant go from that premier to nothing!

National Duals is wonderful for the sport! So CKLV has to step it up.

I would like to see CKLV move up a couple weeks maybe and Duals back a couple weeks. I think a month between is good timing. But I’m also biased and want more wrestling, not less lol.

I think they move the event around. If they get further away from duals you should see some teams do both.
