They look TERRIBLE.
They will get it together and open this game upThe Tom Allen hire certainly isn’t paying off so far. They look horrible, to state the blatantly obvious. Go Cuse!

He should be, he just does not have it. Actually, I'm surprised Dabo did not insert another QB by the 3rd quarter, just to see if that could give a spark to his offense.Klubnutts might be benched next week.
Or a snooze fest.Palmetto bowl this year should be a barn burner.
I’ve said it before:Palmetto bowl this year should be a barn burner.
We really don't have room to be laughing at how others spend money. What do we have for what we have spent....nothing!Imagine if your the Clemson brass right now:
You hand Swinney a 10-year $115 milllion contract directly on the heels of Venerables and Scott departure - the assistants which obviously were driving their success.
From his high horse, Dabo then proclaims that his team doesn't need the NIL and Portal to have success.
He's so good than he can turn water into wine.
Now you're sitting with massively overpaid coach and a contract until the end of time along with a major ripple in talent caused by ego of the Yahoo you're stuck with.
They'll eventually buy their way back into ACC contention now that Dabo has had a change heart - but it's must see TV in the moment.

Dabo has delivered championships, Beamer has delivered a few big regular season wins. I'd say Clemson's money has been better spent.

The only silver lining so far this season is that Clemson is having a bad season so far as well. Sadly, I have higher expectations that they'll right the ship to some degree than we will. Dabo has shown that ability. When you are having a bad day, it's aways better when your rivals are doomed to a bad decade.
Maybe he has more depth of character than I credit to him, but IMO, he is a man who failed to change with the world. Imagine a world in which Clemson had invested in NIL rather than Dabo. Aren't you glad that world doesn't exist.
