So Ohio State failed to score a single point in the final four minutes at home against Illinois today. Question: Does that mean Chris Holtman isn't a very good coach. Rutgers had the same issue against undermanned Minnesota, blowing a big lead late and then failing badly It on a final second one-on-one drive in regular time. Does that make Steve Pikell a bad coach? (They did win it in overtime). Just asking....Seems to be a tough thing to do in college basketball, no matter who is the coach.

I can't stand the end of game strategy where a guy dribbles out the clock and then tries to drive and score, one on one. It did work for Drake today but more than not, it does not. I haven't been crazy about Collins' end of game strategies but I was pointing out he is not alone.
UCONN with Ray Allen, Kemba Walker, Shabazz Napier...one-on-one strategy worked like a charm. Have to have the right players.
