No, it's not affiliated with the bar of the same name in Cleveland. Yes, it is a complete rip-off of the bar with the same name in Cleveland. Sort of like Austin Powers meets Count Dracula. Spy has a creepy/cozy feel. Techno/house music, artsy babes, plus regular appearances by local media celebs who can't dance. 301 W. 5th St., Cincinnati, OH, 45202; 513/684-0123.

Looks like Florida crash-landed on Main Street. Check out the big dance floor and bar on the ground floor spinning the standard top 40 or head upstairs for a darker, edgier dance floor experience. A big selection of pool tables and TVs await downstairs. Mt. Adams establishment that's tough to categorize. Casual restaurant by day, bar/nightclub by night with great food and outdoor dining. Phats in Louisville is a good time. Just a few blocks from the 4th Street area. Very safe. Just park at 4th Street and walk. Parking can be a pain Thurs-Sun.
Yup you are right. My wife and I do occasionally smoke, we both have a total of 2 jobs each... Make good money but log 60hrs of work a week each. We Pay taxes. Obey the law... And occasionally like to go out and dance a little bit....
