Coach K Press Conference - UNC Game

I'm pretty pissed about tonight. But, I haven't ever handled losing to those pricks all that well. Who does? The team fought hard. I am proud of these kids and to be a Duke fan. Carolina is peaking and have been for over a month now. I keep thinking reality is going to hit them square in the jaw soon. Not leaving the state of North Carolina for over a month will come back to bite them in butt in the Big Dance, or at least I think it will. I do think we win round 3 next Friday if both teams make it there. Especially if we have Zion back. Losing Bolden is a blow. I big one. I hope it's a mild grade 1 sprain and that we play long enough to get the big fella back. Do we work Vrank more? What kind of line ups do we throw at teams when Zion is back on Thursday? I really want to win the ACC tourney. Because at the end of the day everyone remembers that. Coach K had a good game plan. Bolden going down hurt things somewhat. But the kids fought like hell. I just want our team healthy and I want to win #6 more than I think I have wanted a championship in a long damn time. The luck for our group has been pretty bad of late. Let's hope the rest of March and early April are more favorable to us.
Love the way that K handled himself in this press conference. He's got to be beyond frustrated with how this season has played out but you'd never know it.
K was really calm (no surprise), and very conciliatory to Roy and the Heels. Heh heh heh, K is one helluva competitor and he KNOWS that the fit is going to hit the shan next week when we get that 3rd crack at the Heels.
