That's great to hear from the Coach. In some cases I would not want to hear that but it sure is a sign of great confidence from coach K and I think he can handle the pressure to take it off the team. One of his greatest strengths as a coach is applying the right amount of pressure with the right amount of confidence in his team. In other years he clearly has not had these expectations and has expressed that. But, it sure shows his confidence in these players and the great depth of talent Duke is bringing to the table.

If you watched his press conference the other day on Goduke.com he said that we have all of the makings to be a championship caliber team. He's not shying away from the expectations or hype. I like the honesty.

Hearing Coach K say that makes me even more excited about this team. He's always a straight shooter. He also knows more than anyone what it takes to win a championship so if he thinks it's a realistic goal, that means he sees great things coming for this team.
