Great news for Coach Popovec. I’m a bit surprised by this. Was thinking she would be the heir apparent to Coach Joe. I guess she still could return to Evanston when McKeown steps down. Thinking Lyon or Scheid as possible replacements.

Well it would be better if she had some HC experience and this would be a way for her to get it.
