Refreshing to hear a coach actually answer the questions that were asked!
And speak in complete sentences.
Did he make any snarky, back handed, belittling comments about the fans?
Reporter: "Cal, what kind of effect did Golden State have on college basketball?
Cal: "Golden State, they have a unique brand right now. They eat first like us. Did you guys see Anthony Davis today? Shot the 5th most shots on our 2012 team. Wow, how about that?"
And refreshing to actually WANT to open the link and listen! I stopped listening to Cal probably 3-4 years ago on these interviews as they were always predictable.
Yes, it is! Pope is so personable and so easy to want to listen to. He still needs to produce on the court but I'm confident he will!
