I was surprised by the extent of his health problems. Pretty much needs a cart to get around, multiple leg massages daily. I was thinking he might be set on building HBCU football, but he didn't hesitate to say he would take the money if someone wants him elsewhere. I wouldn't bet against him being successful at a higher level school, but it would definitely be an out of the box hire.
It's an interesting message. It surprises me that collegiate athletes have to be coddled. I can see it in high school because a lot of kids don't have their heart in it. They are reasonably good at a sport and just want to hang out with their friends and pass the time.
Coach prime is the kind of guy where you know that he knows what kind of person you are. You can't fake it on the practice field or in the meeting room or even the classroom. Then you get to decide if you are okay with being fake.
Love to watch Prime when he comes on the Dan Patrick show. Prime is one of those guys who is just one controversy away from imploding.

The cleti wouldn’t allow it, and I’m not sure he would come anyway…. But he would be a GREAT hire.
Show me somebody who genuinely doesn't like Prime and I'll show you somebody I'd never invite to my party. That guy rules and I love what he's doing and I hope he gets a shot at a "bigger" college job....and Husker fans would welcome him.
I'd take Neon Deion in a heartbeat. Dude knows how to motivate young people like nobody's business.

in far too many ways he is just a politician who hasn’t run for office. You want to piss him off get between him and a mirror or him in a microphone in a camera. Does he truly believe the messages that he puts on camera that really do promote the right ideals and values, he probably does. But he’s gonna say those things and make sure that when it’s said, someone is recording it

He's having some success at the HBCU level, not even at the NDSU level. Don't blame the cleti, people would be up in arms if we hired a successful but not dominant FCS coach.
