Coconut is great. Used to love those fruit flavored candy bars filled with coconut. Eggplant, on the other hand, that stuff is nasty.

My wife claims that she doesn't like coconut either. However, she will eat Samoas, Snowballs, fried shrimp (that she didn't know was crusted with coconut), coconut cream pie, smoothies with coconut in it, pina coladas, 7-layer bars, German Chocolate cake, etc.
