Computer Networking ? Is there an easy way to convert/adapt ethernet to WIFI

I bought a refurbished computer for my son and it came only with a LAN ethernet plug. I can run cable, but I'd prefer that we could somehow convert that outlet into a WIFI set-up by using an adapter or something of that nature.

Any ideas?

Easiest would be to just put in a USB WiFi adapter.
Something like the Dlink

You just have to make sure you are getting one that works with your wireless network frequency and USB type. USB, USB2, or USB3
