Computer Problems

Hey folks, just a note to let you know that I have been having problems with my Computer and couldn't get on to the Forum. I had read only and couldn't post, so in the process of changing a password to get in (this genius hosed everything up ), I was stuck for several days.
It was bad enough that I didn't have the ACCN, then I couldn't post on the Forum, and you just don't do that to a DUKE fan!! After fighting with it for a few days, I finally gave up and got some Tech help (took him approx. 3 hrs. to fix what I hosed up , and in the process had to change from jcdevifan to JCColsCane (which I had hosed up the username in the first place, and was what I started with a few years ago). The system would just not let me return to where I was.
I was so distraught over not getting to see my Devils, that I picked up the ACCN, got my forum problem fixed , and although jcdevilfan is gone, ole JC is back, and let me tell you, it feels great!!
Oh yeah, and one more thing, IT'S GONNA BE OK!!!

Computer problems can be a b, JC! I've lost some of my pics because of hard drive failure (several times now) over the years. I finally backed up some of them on a usb drive, but I'm still slack on keeping up with it. But I'm glad to see you got things straightened out (you got to keep some of your stats {likes, etc.} this time anyway). You got ACCN too, and it's good that you'll get to see some extra Duke games...if they don't screw it up (which they seem to do quite often unfortunately).
You're right again, it's gonna be okay. And if you're not, what the hell could we do about it anyway!

OAD, thanks for the kind words, but when you are Computer illiterate like I am, even a simple problem for most people becomes a nightmare for me !
Just getting to see Duke play and to get back on the Forum, makes everything ok.
