Can we fix our secondary probs? We have WRs working out in the secondary. Baker seems to be playing with little confidence and is hesitating to pull the trigger opting to tuck and run. He didnt look good in the spring game either. Can our defense handle a mobile QB that rushed for a buck fifty last week? Man we got to get it together before next week. Love my team and expect a win this week but just dont see a blow out by any means. We just seem to be a little behind the ball right now. We have to clean up the mistakes. I think we are going to see a heavier run game this week and dumps to Andrews. We just cant afford any injuries. Hope we can fix these issues and get a little swagger back in our game!

I got it OU 34 ULM 24

No longer concerned but I'd like to see the defense tighten up a little.

So. You thought OU might stumble..They kicked their ***.. But you still put a negative spin on the game... Douche

You must be new here.

Frankly, with last week's loss I'm surprised this place didn't devolve into all out anarchy.

Houston is really good and we played average ball with vanilla calls by the staff. A recipe for disaster against a playoff quality team.

To be honest, I think nowadays OU fans are starting to become numb to outcomes like last Saturday. It's almost like they aren't surprised anymore. That would explain the lack of total anarchy.

That, and this board just need a bigger pool of posters. :(

Our secondary didn't look good to me today. Learning with a lot of overall talent though. As of right now I don't know that we could cover a cot with a California king comforter. D Line isn't getting enough penetration to cover up the secondary defenciencies. It's all some playing time from being cleared up I believe but the schedule doesn't give much time.

Three dangerous games lie ahead in Ohio State, TCU and Texas, so this team needs to get going without delay.
So far, all three of these teams have healthy starting quarterbacks. That's a good thing as far as testing this young 2016 Sooner team, but it may not look so good in the wins and losses column.
I see a scenario with OU going into the Texas game with a battle tested team....hopefully healthy and with only one loss...and putting out a winning effort against a resurging Texas team and a team that's beaten OU 2 of the last 3 years with lesser talent.

As for OU's secondary, I see it as a work in process. I expect Parrish Cobb to emerge from this season as a solid defensive back, even with some freshman mistakes along the way.

I had my concerns and I wasnt the only one after that terrible exhibition of poor execution and poor coaching decisions last week. I was hoping for the best. I have the same right as you to post any concerns that I may have about my team. And there were certainly concerns after last week. But Ive never been insulted for it.

You can take that Douche and shove it up your ***. And if you were standing in front of me I'd do it for you elbow deep.
