Looks like the bracket sets up tough for the Cats. First round game is against Duke in Chapel Hill, which is more or less a road game. If they should advance, they'd (almost certainly) get the #1 overall seed UNC, which is hosting the regional.

Still, they have survived a lot of close games this season and beaten #2 Maryland twice. No reason they can't make a run.
