We've had ours for almost five years. It keeps ice for 2.5-4 days in the middle of summer. I went on a frenzy watching tons of videos comparing coolers, and when all was said and done this one seemed like the best value. I have never regretted it. It's like 1/3 or 1/4 of the price if a Yeti and from what I can tell keeps ice just as well.

Whatever you get, make sure it's bear proof and make sure it's not too big. It's okay to love beer, but if you or a loved one can't lift 200+ beers with ice, the cooler becomes a crappy, temporary fridge.
I say bear proof because the hair to go camping in the gorge could strike at a moment's notice and you don't want Yogi snacking on you or your jerky. You can keep that stuff in your car, but I'd rather replace a $200 cooler than a side panel and windows.

About 7 years ago we bought a 35 quart yeti for keeping crayfish alive in the field. I subsequently used it for beverages, I was unimpressed, especially given the $250 cost.
