What’s funny to me is except for yourself, not one person on the left will ever admit they were wrong, got it wrong, acknowledge they were lied to, they believed the lie despite evidence to the contrary and even in Bru’s case, doubledown and try to shame us for correcting the record. Even your admissions come heavily qualified and caveated.

From day 1, they just needed an excuse, something to blame for why they lost. They still can’t accept that their platform was rejected. Had to be something sinister. It was HER turn. So, they spend 2 years contorting themselves creating one lie after another to rationalize the last lie and it just kept spiraling out of their control. Their media enablers assisted them as best they could. It was all ********.
Occam’s Razor. They don’t have an economic policy and their platform of social change got tiring. It was really that simple.

She was a horrible candidate, horrible message, horrible record, and horrible face. But I think Russia was about more than that, at least it was for me, the hack—Trump’s business ties to that nation — Manafort — their desire for him to win. There was much more there to spark curiosity, imo.

I need to tell myself that I’m not going to have a fourth child - that staying home with the kids is best for my family - that one day my wife will ask me to include another woman in the bedroom - that the Bengals will one day win a Super Bowl - that Neal Brown is better than Holgorsen - that Huggy Bear has another 10 years in that heart - that I probably don’t need to see Fiji after all - that people appreciate teachers - that Ivanka Trump won’t be the first female President
