Made a fun song from the perspective of the posters who don’t want to see a year 3 of Mark Pope. I plan on making a second song soon from the opposite perspective called “Hope in Pope.” This song isn’t meant to be serious, enjoy.

Only rough spot is the gills. You might get away with, "Coach called it his Ferarri, but it's a little short on wheels" if the AI will play along and sing that as a near rhyme.

I'm still at the point where I would stay behind him here if both he and JMI would stop shooting him in the face in terms of recruiting. But I'm not holding my breath for that and either way I think he's earned a good roasting if it's all in good fun.

The song is actually not made from my opinions or my perspective.
I’ve actually come to believe we have two very prominent factions of fans and I don’t agree with either. The song is actually kind of trolling a certain kind of fan in good fun. There are a lot of egregious philosophical errors and weird points of emphasis in the song. It’s kind of a roast on a certain kind of fan — we will call it “me when we lose.” It’s actually very irrational if you pay attention to the lyrics.
As far as the “gills” compared to “wheels”, you’re right — would have been a much better lyrical choice in retrospect. Look out for another song tomorrow that’s kind of the opposite of this one.
