Not that Duke is pursuing him but would he be able to transfer to an ACC school? Does anyone know if Virginia Tech has given him a list of schools that he can and can not attend? My bet is on Texas A&M.

As a grad-student transfer, Blackshear can transfer to whomever strikes his fancy.

^ yep. Three examples come to mind...

Cam Johnson: Pitt to UNC
Spike Albrecht: Michigan to Purdue
Andrew Dakich: Michigan to Ohio State

I'm sure there are others.

Welcome back billieball. Missed you. To answer your question he can only transfer to unc cheater you under the hof coach roy williams transfer rule. Another innovation the cheaters can get credit for.OFC

If Blackshear graduated then can’t he go wherever he wants. Bolden would be the guy who would have to get approval from the NCAA or he would have to sit a year.

Blackshear can do whatever he wants. Not sure where Bolden fits into this equation as he is forfeiting his NCAA eligibility for NBA draft.
