I didn’t get to watch the game. Just kept up with the score. Why was it so close??

JMI made the call to play Noah more. Clarks Pump N Shop apparently complained
My uncle services all the hot dog rollers for
Clark’s and he said they’re working on a new commercial where the UK volleyball women team up with Noah. Tons of visual effects apparently it’s an Avatar ripoff. So this makes sense that they are pushing for a big role for Noah to get the most bang for their buck.

Apparently JMI worked the deal for about $12 million and free Slurpees for their C Suite team. No money left for Stokes.

It’s Pope’s new ground blazing recruiting approach to handling elite superstars…

Play them less than 10 minutes a game, and the studs will be lined up to play for UK!

Don’t believe me? Just look at the embarrassment of riches Pope has signed already for the’26 class…

Oh, nevermind 😏

Can we wait to see the rotations vs Alabama? I have a million concerns about this team. But minutes vs Bellarmine on the day before christmas eve??? I really wouldn’t read too much into that

But looking at the box score, I saw JQ with only 7 mins. Any reason he got so few?
From what I saw, it was both that they wanted to limit his minutes and that he was getting beat like a drum on back-cuts. He gave up at least 3 layups, uncontested, on back-cuts. He looked like he's never defended one in his life.

When he said the other day that he wanted to come back against St John's because he always gets up for the big games and that the reason he's here is for the big games, what he apparently meant was that he ONLY gets up for the big name teams. If this game had been the first for him I saw, I would have come away thinking he's a completely overrated player who won't even contribute much to this team, and that if the team was counting on him to save the season, they're screwed. He looked awful today, in limited minutes.

The entire team was uninspired on the defense end. It was the exact opposite of what we saw in the last 2 games. Shots were falling but the defense was pathetic, uninspired, no effort, not moving feet, not cutting off the ball, reach, hacking, and slapping. Worst defense I've seen since the Gonzaga game. We were just hitting shots today. There's the difference. Pathetic.
