Court Hearing: Fenchak vs BOT

This Friday, April 11th 2025 there will be a hearing in Judge Marshall’s courtroom in the Centre County Courthouse Annex at 2 pm.
The public may attend, and if you are in the area this might be a very interesting afternoon.

Judge Marshall has scheduled this hearing so we can present arguments as to why he should grant our Emergency Motion for Preliminary Injunction to compel the Penn State Board of Trustees to put me back on the Alumni Trustee ballot.
