They're even ripping the officials for supposedly giving UK the game last night......I tell ya, it would be utterly hilarious if not so pathetic how desperate they are to prove that Cal doesn't completely own them fair and square........

One of the little fellas even made reference to the Harrison's being flop artists....gotta love the irony with that one!
I'm not sure how anyone who watched that game can think UK got a friendly whistle. Hell, the refs didn't even want to rescind an obvious 2 pointer that they credited as a 3. Then the goaltend on KAT, the missed offensive basket interference on OM, the phantom call on Ulis late in the game that was an automatic 2pts for OM. The list goes on and on.
I credit Ole Miss for playing lights out more than anything, but if we're being honest here, UK didn't get a good whistle, at all.

They went to the wire with Wake Forest. I don't wanna hear any lip from a bunch of linebeards.

Went to the game with a friend last night and we both said that we got anything but a friendly whistle. Told him there will be a thread on the UofL board saying how the refs jobbed Ole Miss-they never disappoint!!!
One bad call I never figured out was WCS grabbed a board and in mid air passed the ball to Andrew, yet one of the bonehead officials came in with a stepping on the out of bounds line signal. Obviously no way he could be out in mid air (although with last nights crew, he could be) and since he was in front of the goal when he went after the rebound he could not have taken off from out of bounds.
Many questionable foul calls on their shooters last night too. Ole Miss players were initiating the contact by jumping into our defensive space and getting the benefit of the whistle.
Ill add to it: the baloney call on Andrew diving for a loose ball and tying up the ball but getting called for going over top of the guy when the ball was loose and he was on the ground.

Louisville is coming down to earth a little and starting to play more like a team that lost their 2 best players and couldn't really replace them. They are top 15 good IMO but don't have the pieces to truly contend in a year when the few teams at the top are really strong.
Think cardinal fans are starting to realize this and conceding the season so now they have moved on to just praying that Kentucky is actually beatable.

When I first saw that play, I thought it was a good call. I couldn't understand why Andrew jumped on that guy -- a play that is usually called a foul. But on the replay, it was clear what really happened. The Ole Miss guard went to the ground and slid into Andrews shins causing him to fall over top of the guard. When he went down, Andrew then grabbed for the loose ball.
It was a bad call, but if the ref didn't see the contact to his lower legs causing Andrew to topple over, I do understand how it was missed. While it was blown, it probably wasn't one of the 10 worst calls to go against UK in that game.
