If we're talking only Cheetos brand cheese snacks, then crunchy is probably better. HOWEVER. I will propose that cheapass Mikesells or even Kroger cheese puffs are better than anything made by Cheeto.

Puffs are ok, but it's obviously crunchy. Crunchy is just much better texture
